Blessings for the Winter Solstice

Winter’s medicine is deep and restorative. I hope you will take some time to rest and restore during this dark time. Take advantage of winters quiet wisdom and slow down and reflect. Following Nature’s rhythms like this is very healing and restorative.

For myself, life has been very busy and I’m having to work extra hard to carve out those slow, quiet moments to rest and restore and stay connected to winter’s rhythm. I’m looking forward to this time around the winter solstice to slow down even more and reflect.

The Winter Solstice is December 21st. The solstice is a potent time of change in the universe, Nature’s New Year. I encourage you to do something meaningful to honor the solstice. Reflect on your life; What are you grateful for? What do you want to let go of? What do you want to bring forth in the new year? Honoring the solstice syncs us in a deep way with Nature’s rhythms. Light candles, sing songs, say prayers, sit by the fire; honor the darkness and welcome the lights return.

Wishing you many blessings for the Winter Solstice and a Merry Christmas. May the holidays bring you peace, joy and renewal.

Love and blessings~Megan
