Feng Shui is about balancing the chi -the life-force energy- in our environment. A healthy flow of chi in our home will support a healthy flow of chi and vitality in our life.
Join me for this 5-Minute Feng Shui Meditation for some relaxation and to gain insight about the Feng Shui of your home. I’ll take you on a guided journey through your home so you can begin to see it through Feng Shui eyes.
I’ll introduce you to the 3 most important features of your home, the front door, the stove and your bedroom.
1) Front Door:
Your front door, called the ‘mouth of chi’, lets in all the nourishing life-force energy into your home to bless your life. Can the river of chi find your front door easily? Does the chi feel welcome? Is it curious to go inside?
Your stove is a symbol of health and prosperity, worthy of honor and respect for the sustenance it provides. Is your stove clean or dirty? Is it piled with pots and pans? Do all the burners work? Do you use your stove?
And your bedroom is the most important room in your house. Why? Because we spend a third of our lives in our bed sleeping. We need to replenish our health and well-being through our sleep. Your bedroom is the last place you see before going to bed and the first place you see when you wake up. These moments have a profound impact on your life.
Simply working on these three areas can get the river of chi flowing in your home and produce profound movement and positive changes in your life. Feel free to send me an email to share your insights.
